Ethic Tech, LLC has been awarded a prime contract on the United States Air Force (USAF) Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The premise behind the contract is to provide an agile and rapid acquisition vehicle to acquire PEO Weapons program requirements with an emphasis on air armament and Digital Trinity through which air armament-related activities may be procured.

We are grateful for all the support and for the individuals that made this happen. Ethic Tech is excited to make the most of this great opportunity.

Ethic Tech, LLC recognized by the SBA during National Small Business Week as a growing Alabama-based Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). Our company takes pride in its status as a VOSB and also hiring veterans from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. Both of Ethic Tech's owners, Kevin Long and Michael Saylor, are U.S. Army veterans, with Kevin still serving in the Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG).

Ethic Tech, LLC is pleased to announce and welcome Ali Dowdall as the Business Development and Strategy Manager. Ali will provide strategic planning and be responsible for driving business development initiatives for new and existing customers, working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions that align with both program objectives and organizational goals.

Throughout her career, Ali cultivated a deep passion for nurturing authentic, long-lasting relationships with customers, consistently focusing on understanding their needs. She dedicated herself to providing innovative, tailored solutions across a wide range of programs and missions, striving to make a meaningful impact in every endeavor. Ali brings with her an extensive wealth of experience and expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with local leaders, key strategic partners, and customers across a diverse array of markets within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and various federal civilian agencies.

Ali holds a bachelor’s degree from Troy University with a degree in Political Science, majoring in American Politics and Public Administration. During her time there she competed as a member of the Division I Volleyball team from 2012 to 2016 where she still holds two long-standing records. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for AFCEA as the Director of Emerging Leaders and also serves on the CyberReach Board of Directors as Secretary. Ali volunteers her free time to the Meridianville Athletic Association, where she not only coaches volleyball but also mentors and teaches young girls, helping them develop both their athletic skills and personal confidence.

Before joining Ethic Tech, LLC, Ali held the position of Account Manager at Insight Global within their Government Services Division. In this role, she provided comprehensive talent services, strategic planning, and performance management to a diverse array of clients and programs spanning across Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Program Control, Data Analytics, and Business Development. Ali played a key role in guiding clients through complex initiatives, offering invaluable support for contracts within the Army, NASA, and the FBI, both locally and nationwide.

Originally from Davison, MI, Ali is the proud mother of her two sons, Jackson and Jace, and shares her life with her husband, Grant Bennett.

  Ethic Tech, LLC is excited to announce that we have received a U.S. Navy SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NXG) Prime contract award!

This award will offer us opportunities to provide our Engineering and Program Management services to Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Naval Air Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps.

 The National Children's Advocacy Center needs your support. The NCAC models, promotes, and delivers excellence in child abuse response and prevention through service, education, and leadership. The local programs of the NCAC reach out to almost 10,000 people in Huntsville/Madison County, Alabama each year. These programs offer a range of services to parents, children, schools and a variety of individuals and organizations throughout our community. Ethic Tech attended the 2024 CDCA Eastern Defense Summit in Charleston, SC. We had a great time networking with industry and government representatives, exhibiting our company's capabilities, and seeing old friends! A big shout out to two of our top engineers for their efforts demonstrating our current work in DevSecOps, cATO, Cloud Modernization technologies. 

 The Eastern Defense Summit, formerly known as the annual CDCA Defense Summit, is one of the largest defense-focused events on the East Coast, bringing more than 2,000 government, military, academia, and industry leaders together to better understand and address today’s challenges and threats within our defense industry. The summit’s theme, “Collaborating on actionable solutions for our nation’s pacing threats” highlights the growing strategic threats to the United States and highlights the necessity to envision near-term solutions to such challenges.

A big shout out to our team at JBMHH! We had a great time celebrating the holidays and the job they are doing.

Ethic Tech is currently supporting the Department of Public Works (DPW) at JBMHH by providing Work Management Services (Demand Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance Orders, Operational Work Orders and Project Work Orders) as well as Order Fulfillment Status and Performance Reports through the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).

 Great evening at the Advanced Weapons Technology Summit (AWTS) in Huntsville, AL last night. A fantastic event bringing together the best and brightest players in Missiles, Munitions, and Materials technologies to further support the Warfighter.  Congratulations to our Chief Executive Officer, Michael Saylor, for his recognition as an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriotic Employer. Ethic Tech loves to support service members and veterans! Over 25% of Ethic Tech's current workforce is currently serving in the US Armed Forces or are prior service veterans. As a retired West Point graduate himself, Michael is always looking for more ways to serve and provide opportunities for those that still do. Ethic Tech is also a proud supporter of local organizations like Still Serving Veterans, AUSA Redstone - Huntsville Chapter, and Semper Fi Community Task Force of North Alabama.
